3 Causes And Remedies For Removing Dark Under Eye Circles Naturally

0

The best remedy for removing dark under eye circles naturally might be to get more sleep or to be sure and sleep at certain times of the night. But, as we get older, sleep might not do the trick. Heres a look at what causes the dark circles under your eyes and what you may be able to do about them.

Nutritional Deficiencies

The problem could be caused by anemia or an iron deficiency. A lack of antioxidants in the diet, usually due to a lack of fruits and vegetables, could also be a cause.

Any nutritional deficiency, even a general lack of vitamins, minerals or essential fatty acids, will cause problems with your appearance. People that are healthy and strive for optimum nutrient intake look better, plain and simple.

When it comes to a dark circle under the eye, specifically, the actual cause is leaky blood vessels. The skin beneath the eyes is very thin. Blood vessels can become visible and when they leak, the result is bags or dark smudges.

Some antioxidants support blood vessel strength. When taken orally, they are only somewhat effective for removing dark under eye circles naturally, but when applied directly, they can be very effective.

Lack of Sleep

When you dont get enough sleep, your body produces more of the stress hormone Cortisol, which can damage skin cells and fibers. If you do get enough sleep and you sleep between the hours of midnight and 2am, your body produces more human growth hormone, which improves the skins thickness and stimulates the production of new cells and fibers.

So, sleep does affect the way that you look, regardless of your age. Hopefully, if you are an older person, you are getting enough sleep. Your problem may be decreased collagen production or something else that causes an aged appearance.

Causes of the Signs of Aging

Researchers that look at issues like removing dark under eye circles naturally, wrinkle reduction, bag reduction and improved firmness have first attempted to identify the causes of those things. If we know the cause, we should be able to find a cure or at least a treatment.

There is no cure for the aging process. Everyone will get older, unless they die young. But, we can minimize the effects of the aging process, by minimizing the causes of aging.

As mentioned above, removing dark under eye circles naturally may be accomplished by applying antioxidants. Antioxidants work because they prevent and reverse free radical damage, which is one of the causes of cellular aging.

EYELISS and HALOXYL are two of the antioxidant-rich European ingredients that were at one time only available to the rich and famous. Today, they can be found in affordable gels, with all natural ingredients. The ingredients have been proven effective in several clinical trials.

Coenzyme Q10 is another of the effective antioxidants. For removing dark under eye circles naturally, your best bet is a well-made gel that contains EYELISS, HALOXYL and coenzyme Q10. You could try some cucumbers, but you might not like the results.

What Can I Do About Dark Circles Under My Eyes?

0

Dark circles under eyes, baggy eyes or puffy eyes?  There is a single solution.  It is a gel that contains a number of active compounds that address what “causes” those problems.  Before we take a closer look at that eye gel, let’s take a short quiz.

Am I getting enough sleep?

Depending on you age, dark circles under eyes is often a sign of lack of sleep.  If you stay up watching televesion until late at night and don’t get enough sleep, you are likely to wake up with baggy eyes and dark, smudge-like spots, beneath them.
If you are getting a little older, your puffy eyes have a different cause, but you can fix that.

Am I drinking enough water?

Baggy eyes are caused by fluid build-up.  The best natural way to get rid of excess fluid is to drink more water.  Just be sure to drink purified water, (CleanWaterPure.com) because dark circles under eyes are caused by waste products, primarily toxins and there are lots of those toxins in our tap water.

If you are older, your puffy eyes and dark-circles have a lot to do with capillary damage that has occurred over the years, as well as fluid build-up, of course.  The skin, especially underneath your eyes becomes thinner with age and the capillaries don’t transport fluids, effectively.  But, there is a way to repair that damage.

Creams That Really Work!

Clinical studies have shown that peptides, which are tiny protein fragments, promote the production of new cells and fibers.  That increases the thickness of the layer beneath the eyes.  Some companies have added specific plant-antioxidants that promote capillary health, thereby improving circulation and reducing dark circles under eyes.

The research results for creams containing this combination of ingredients were as follows.  65% of volunteers showed a significant reduction in baggy eyes.  There are before and after pictures that prove it.

If you have puffy eyes and a few wrinkles, you might be interested to know that 62% showed a significant reduction in crow’s feet and other wrinkles in that area.  In 60% of volunteers, the dark-smudges they had seen had vanished.

What Should You Be Doing?

Once again, it depends on your overall state of health and the causes of these hindrances to your appearance, but if your health is good, you get plenty of sleep, avoid pollutants and drink plenty of water, you can get rid of puffy eyes and uneven pigmentation in less than two months.  The clinical research proves it.

Avoid Bad Ingredients

You should also avoid cosmetics that contain petrolatum, mineral oil, parabens, artificial preservatives and fragrances.  You should avoid applying make-up in a manner that stretches the skin.  Treat this area gently and baggy eyes will be a thing of the past.

Grape seed oil is also highly beneficial in this area.  The all-natural approach is the best approach in most healthcare matters and dark circles under eyes are a sign that the skin’s health is failing.  Protect it now, before it is too late.

In conclusion, to get rid of dark circles, puffy and baggy eyes:
 1. Get enough sleep
 2. Drink plenty of clean, pure water – CleanWaterPure.com
 3. Use skin care creams that really work – AHealthyRadiantSkin.com

Home Remedies For Dark Under Eye Circles – How to Look Great Without All the Mess!

0

I bet you did not know that one of the major cosmetic companies in the world did a survey and were shocked to find that the main issue which was worrying about 50% of those surveyed was the problem of dark under eye circles. So, are home remedies for dark under eye circles the answer?

Let us have a look at the most popular home remedies for dark under eye circles in vogue at the moment.

You can mix one teaspoon of tomato juice, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of flour. Mix these three ingredients together to make a sort of paste and apply to the eye area. You can leave it there for about ten minutes and then gently wash it off.

Lots of people swear by green tea and almond oil is popular. Then there are those who firmly believe that by freezing Q tips overnight in your freezer, you can apply them to the area. A variation of this is putting spoons in your freezer and then applying them in the morning. This does not appeal to me at all! They also say that vitamins C and E are very good home remedies for dark under eye circles. If we have plenty of these in our diet,at least we will not have to mess around with spoons and all the rest.

So, we need to discard the home remedies for dark under eye circles because they are neither scientifically proven and one should always trust a reputable cosmetics firm where everything is tested, only organic ingredients are used and certain safety standards are applied.

So, how do you look great without all the mess and the bother of all the home remedies? The secret is to choose a company which is actually committed to safety and quality. Not that easy to find, I grant you. However I think I can at least point you in the right direction. Any eye serum worth its name is going to address the various problems associated with this important part of our personality.

Let me tell you about one ingredient which has been patented as Haloxyl. This has done so well on tests that there can be up to a 60% reduction in getting rid of those dark circles and the puffiness. It has a rather special ability in increasing blood circulation to this delicate area.

There is also the problem of haemoglobin which tends to gather in this area and this is probably why the area is darker in color which is another one of the problems here. Haloxyl can remove some of that and the effect will be a lighter tone.

This is just one ingredient in a long line up of incredibly effective elements in an eye serum which is having enormous success.

So, now you see why home remedies for dark under eye circles are just troublesome and unreliable. If you want to see why a high quality eye serum can really make you look great, why not click through and see for yourself.

How to Get Rid of Dark Circles, Puffy and Baggy Eyes

0

Do you have dark circles under your eyes? Puffy, baggy eyes?  Hopefully you don’t have all three.  But the way to get rid of either puffy or baggy eyes and even dark circles is pretty much the same.  I’m going to show you 3 ways that work.  Do all 3 ways and you will have a new, younger look.

1.  Are You Getting Enough Sleep?

Of the three ways I am going to talk about, this may be the most difficult.  Busy schedules and work demands often equal a shortage of sleep.
Suggestion: Get 6-8 hours of sleep every night.  Go to bed at the same time each night.   Even if you don’t go to sleep right away, get accustomed to the time.  It works.  Also get up every morning at the same time. Lack of sleep will produce baggy eyes with smudge type spots.  UGHH!  Get some rest!

2.  Are You Drinking Enough Water?

Probably not, most of us don’t.  Fluid build up will cause baggy eyes. Drinking more water will help flush out the extra fluid under your eyes.  Just make sure the water is purified water.  Why purified?  Because dark circles underneath your eyes are caused by toxins, much of which comes from tap water.  Don’t drink it.  Filter your water.  A good source of excellent filters is CleanWaterPure.com.

Puffy eyes and dark circles seem to come when we get a little older.  This is because of damage over the years to the capillaries under our eyes.  The skin, just below our eyes is a little thinner than on the face.  So the capillaries don’t move the fluids as well as in other parts of our body.   But the good news is that that damage can be fixed. Here’s how.

3.  Eye Gel That Really Works

Not all eye gels or creams are equal.  Some don’t work at all.  Some are even harmful.  Let me show you what works and why.

Peptides, protein fragments, help make new fibers and skin cells.  This will increase the thickness of the skin under the eyes. A good eye gel that really works will have antioxidants that are plant based.  This will help those capillaries have better health because circulation will get better.  This reduces dark circles.

The eye gels or creams that have plant antioxidants showed by one research study to have a 65% reduction in baggy eyes.  62% had reduced crow’s feet and wrinkles under the eyes.  60% showed that dark circles were gone.  Wouldn’t you like to know which company has such a miracle skin product?  See author box. Keep reading please.

What Should You Be Doing?

As we mentioned, if your health is generally good, you get the proper amount of sleep, drink properly filtered water, and use a quality eye gel you can get rid of puffy eyes in about two months.  Clinical research has such evidence.  But one more thing that you must be sure to not do.

Avoid Bad Ingredients

Stay away from expensive department store products.  Many of them contain harmful ingredients such as parabens, petroleum, mineral oil, synthetic additives and fragrances.  If the product lists fragrance, don’t buy it.  Also stay away from products that stretch your skin.

In conclusion, Get some sleep, Drink purified water and Use an eye gel that is natural and safe.  I’m glad I found the one I did.  Good bye puffy eyes and dark circles. – Margaret Bell

How to reduce your Dark Under Eye Circles

0

In order for you to reduce your wrinkles, cure under eye dark circles, and alleviate puffiness beneath the eye, you are going to have to use a formula that features a very specific set of all natural compounds.  Most of the products on the market fail to feature even one of the components you need for improving your appearance.  The ingredients these formulas include will do absolutely nothing for you.

I am sure that you have tried several of the various anti aging formulas available, without having any type of noticeable success.  This is because the cosmetics companies do not regularly include natural compounds in their products, and the natural components they do include are not the ones that you need.  You should be able to expect more from the formulas you spend your hard earned money on.

Most formulas that are developed for the treatment of dark under eye circles are nothing more than cheap collagen and elastin formulas with questionable skin whitening agents meant to bleach the discoloration out from beneath the eye.  These formulas will not add to the firmness and elasticity of your skin because the proteins that make up your connective tissues are too dense to penetrate your skin.

So far as lessening the discoloration of your skin, agents that bleach the skin are not what is needed for treating the problem.  The discoloration is formed by weakened capillaries that leak blood down into the pocket of thinning skin beneath the eye.  A buildup of fluid caused by poor drainage combined with the accumulating hemoglobin cause the skin beneath the eye to bulge out, which leaves what we call bags.

A truly effective cream developed for improving under eye dark circles needs to contain two peptide chains known as Haloxyl, and Eyeliss.  These ingredients work in tandem to improve fluid and hemoglobin removal, stabilize the collapsing capillary system, improve circulation to the area, increase skin elasticity, and thicken the skin under your eye.  These ingredients will decrease your dark circles by more than 60%, and virtually eliminate your bags all together.

One of the reasons that the use of formulas featuring skin whiteners instead of effective compounds such as Haloxyl to reduce dark circles, is that some of the most commonly used skin bleaches can be harmful to your health.  Ammoniated mercury, or mercury (II) chloride, is a known toxin, while hydroquinone has been found to cause leukemia in a variety of animals.

Eyeliss and Haloxyl will treat the dark under eye circles and bags from which you suffer, but what are you to do about the replenishing your lost firming tissues?  This requires Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame.  Cynergy TK will increase the production of your collagen and elastin, while Phytessence Wakame prevents attacking enzymes from breaking your hyaluronic acid down.

There you have a complete formula for treating under eye dark circles, bags and wrinkles.  By using a formula featuring this quartet on components your skin will become firmer and younger looking in no time.  Giving this formula a try is the best thing you could do for yourself.

Removing Under Eye Circles – It’s never been easier!

0

There are a few options available to conceal or remove under eye circles. Under eye cream can help reduce the appearance of dark circles. Remove those circles in less time than you think by using products specifically designed to reduce and remove under eye circles. This is not the least expensive option; however, it helps the face look brighter!  Creams containing Vitamin K are recommended to help reduce the appearance of dark circles. However, Vitamin K based creams are no effective right away. It takes longer to get a result.

When dealing with dark circles, it is important to understand how dark circles are created. The cause of dark circle is not necessarily related to sleep deprivation as most of us think. In fact, it is a reaction of the body to the same chemical reaction that produces bruises. In essence, blood vessels often get damaged and broken when getting hit where blood leaks into the tissue. As the blood degrades, a dark blue-red pigmentation is created. This happens without getting hit. Since the skin under our eyes is thin and easily damageable, this process creates dark circles. As the blood degrades, the pigmentation fades.

To remove under eye circles, it is best to use a cream that speeds up the degradation process. Make up and concealer can also be used to fade the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. Most of the cosmetic companies make concealer that can be a life saver and less expensive than most creams. It is also important not to apply too much concealer or foundation as it may darken the circle and make them more apparent. Choose a concealer based on one’s skin type. In addition, yellow based concealers generally remove under eye circles more than other concealers.

3 Proven Tips to Remove Dark Circles & Bags Under Eyes

0

Do you have dark circles under your eyes? Puffy, baggy eyes?  Hopefully you don’t have all three. I’m going to show you 3 ways that work.  Do all 3 tips and you will get a new, younger look. How to get rid of either puffy or baggy eyes and even dark circles is pretty much the same.

Tip 1.  Get to Bed on Time

Dark circles under eyes develop with lack of sleep.  If you stay up most of the night, don’t be surprised if you have dark circles and baggy eyes.  Develop the habit of getting plenty of rest, 6-8 hours EVERY night, not just weekends.  But you say you have puffy eyes.  Well, if you are getting a little older, and who isn’t, that could be from something else. Like what? Keep reading, please.

Tip 2.  Drink Clean, Purified Water

Yes, I know you’ve heard it before.  Drink 8  glasses of water each day.  The good news is you can count the fruit and veggie juices also.  Just stay hydrated because puffy eyes come from excess fluid under the eyes.  Drinking good clean water, not tap water, flushes out the toxin waste under your eyes causing puffiness.  Don’t just drink any water. Tap water -  much of it has some sort of contamination.  Filtered water is the best insurance.

One more thing about puffy eyes and dark circles is that as we get older some of the problem could be from capillary damage.  The skin under the eyes is thinner than most other skin so is vulnerable.  Capillaries have difficulty transporting the fluids around the eyes, therefore puffiness. But there is a solution to that problem.

Tip 3.  Use an Eye Gel That Works and is Safe

The skin under the eye is very thin as compared to the face, so it needs special care.  To increase the thickness of eye skin, it has been found that two things are important.  1. Peptides or protein fragments can promote the making of skin and fibers.  2.  Antioxidants fight free radicals that cause damage to our body and of course the eye skin.  The best type of antioxidants come from plants.  Plant based antioxidants will help improve blood circulation and reduce those dark circles.

Here’s What I Suggest You Do

Depending on your general health condition and the reasons for hindrances to your appearance, follow the 3 tipps suggested above: Get some Regular Sleep; Drink Plenty of Purified Water and Use an Eye Gel that is safe and natural.  If you do these things, according to clinical studies, you should get rid of dark circles and puffy eyes in less than two month on the average.  However, using the wrong eye gel can make your appearance worsen.

Avoid Bad Ingredients

If you stay up all night and drink bad water and use some over the counter department store skin care product than don’t expect any changes except for the worse.  AVOID any skin care product that has mineral oil, petrolatum, fragrances, parabens and synthetic preservatives.

In Conclusion:   Get to Bed and Go to Sleep regularly, 6-8 hours every night; Drink Clean Water every day 6-8 glasses, and please avoid the bad ingredients in skin care.  If you use the eye gel I use you would be making a smart move. Your mirror will be happier. For more information on an eye gel that really works, please see my website listed below.  Thanks, Margaret Bell

Top 3 Home Remedies For Dark Under Eye Circles

0

Dark circles below eyes are becoming a cause of concern for many people these days; blame it on the fast lifestyle that has introduced stress in our lives. Many people do not have time to visit the beauty salons that is why they look for home remedies for dark under eye circles, in fact it is a good choice, when you can use the same ingredients from your kitchen cabinet then why unnecessarily pay hefty amounts to others. In this time of recession, we should save every penny that we have.

In this article, I will share with you, top three home remedies for dark under eye circles. There are many others that you can use; but let us limit our discussion to the most effective ones.

1. Cucumber Cut thin slices of cucumber and keep them over closed eyes. Cucumber is a soothing agent; the cool juice that you get out of each slice acts as a rejuvenator for dark under eyes circles. Next time when you come home from a tired office schedule or a long market excursion, try it out. Keep thin slices for few minutes say 5 – 10 and remove them. Wash your face with a mild face lotion. Not only will you feel refreshed but also you will notice that dark bags have started vanishing.

2. Green tea No, do not drink it, soak the tea bags with cold water, and once again keep them over closed eyes. Tea is an anti oxidant; the water that comes out of bags also has anti-oxidant properties and hence fights the free radical activity below the eyes. It also reduces puffiness of eyes in a matter of minutes.

3. Aloe Vera Use the extract of Aloe Vera on the skin below eyes. You have to be careful enough and protect your eyes from the Aloe Vera extract. However, it is very good for skin but you should avoid any foreign material in the eyes. I would suggest that if you are trying Aloe Vera then make sure that somebody assists you in the same.

As an alternative, you should use skin care products that contain Aloe Vera and other herbal ingredients that attack the root cause of dark circles below eyes. Home remedies for dark under eye circles can help you only to a certain extent but if you are looking for superlative results then start using natural skin care products.

Such products consist of ingredients that are natural and derived from sources like plants and herbs. They do not have any side effects.

As I said, I am not against using home remedies for dark under eye circles but all I am saying is that if you use natural skin care products you will reach your goal faster.

3 Simple Steps To No More Dark Circles, Puffy Or Baggy Eyes

0

Having no dark circles under your eyes would be a welcome sight.  If baggy eyes and puffy eyes were no more wouldn’t you be ecstatic?  Well, keep reading I’m about to give you a simple 3 step plan that will work, if you do it.  Ready? O.K. but read the whole article or you might miss a key ingredient to success.

Step 1.

Step 2.

Oh, don’t just drink any water.  Don’t drink the tap water, much of it has some sort of contamination.  Filtered water is the best insurance.  I found an excellent source of good, inexpensive water filters at CleanWaterPure.com.  Check them out. They have a filter type that fits any situation.

One more thing about puffy eyes and dark circles is that if you are getting older some of the problem could be from capillary damage.  The skin under the eyes is thinner than most other skin so is vulnerable.  Capillaries have difficulty transporting the fluids around the eyes, therefore puffiness. But there is a solution to that problem.

Step 3.  Eye Gel or Creams That Work

It has been found from clinical studies that gels containing peptides, protein fragments, along with antioxidants can promote the making of new skin cells and fibers.  Of course, most companies use artificial ingredients which do nothing except bring possible harm to your skin.  Responsible companies use plant-derived antioxidants which promote good health to capillaries.

Research results from gels or creams containing plant derived ingredients are amazingly effective.  As a matter of fact,   65% of the volunteers in one study had a significant reduction in baggy eyes.

If the problem is a few wrinkles and puffy eyes, you’ll be happy to know that 62% got a large reduction in wrinkles and even crow’s feet.  As for dark smudgy spots, 60% reported that they were gone.

What Should You Be Doing?

Here’s what to do.  Do step 1, 2 and 3.  If you have health that is good and depending upon the causes of your appearance you should see a vast improvement in your eyes in about two months or less.  Now consider this next part seriously.

Avoid Bad Ingredients

If you stay up all night and drink bad water and use some over the counter department store skin care product than don’t expect any changes except for the worse.  AVOID any skin care product that has mineral oil, petrolatum, fragrances, parabens and synthetic preservatives.

To repeat, follow these 3 steps to get rid of dark circles, puffy and baggy eyes.  By all mean use the eye gel I recommend because it works and its safe. I sure like the results I get.  For more complete details, please see my website.  Margaret Bell

Looking For Natural Cures For Dark Under Eye Circles? Read This Now

0

Are you tired of having people ask you if you’re sick just because of those dark circles under the eyes? This is a very common problem which is entirely curable by using the right natural cures for dark under eye circles.

If you search a little, you will come across many natural cures for dark under eye circles. You will find that applying a mixture of tomato juice with turmeric powder and salt is one way of removing those circles.

Applying cucumber juice or even potato juice on the skin under the eyes also helps in removing those circles naturally.

The only problem is – these cures take a long time to take effect, and then too the results are not permanent.

Now don’t get me wrong. I’m not asking you to start using chemical creams on your skin which can only harm it in the long run. Instead, what I recommend is using eye creams which contain natural ingredients only.

By using a cream with the right natural ingredients, not only will you get better results, but they will last longer too. These creams contain natural substances sourced from all over the world and then combined together in the right proportion. This is something you would not be able to do in your home.

How to identify these creams? Just by checking their ingredients.

The most effective ingredient that is a must have in your cream is – Halyoxl™. With age, the skin under our eyes becomes a little thinner than normal. The circulatory system in the skin starts breaking down and releases hemoglobin in the skin. The drainage also doesn’t work correctly and so the hemoglobin starts accumulating inside the skin.

This is what gives the bluish-red tinge to the skin and forms dark circles under the eyes.

Halyoxl™ works on all three of these factors. It thickens the skin a little and also improves the circulatory system to ensure hemoglobin doesn’t get leaked into the skin. It also helps in repairing the drainage system to remove the accumulated fluid, all of which helps in lightening the skin and removing the dark circles.

This is just one of the many effective ingredients that you can find in this most effective of all natural cures for dark under eye circles. Cynergy TK™, Eyeliss™ and Vitamin E are a few other ingredients that you should look out for.

In conclusion, using a good natural cream is one of the best natural cures for dark under eye circles. Do some research and find out the right one for your skin.

Frank Langella is a dedicated researcher of skin care health and products. He shares his research on his website – Total Skin Solution.
