Tips To Remove Dark Circles The Natural Way

0

Since you want to remove dark circles, most people think that the main cause of dark under eye circles is the lack of sleep. Now, whilst this is true with a good number of people, this is not always the case.

Before we get to the different ways to remove dark circles under your eyes, let’s discuss the common causes and why people have it

When a person lacks sleep, fluid gathers under their eyes thus causing it to look puffy and form dark circles. Did you know that your sleeping position can actually play a role in whether or not you’ll wake up with puffy eyes or not? In fact, there are such things as anti-wrinkle pillow which were designed for people who are recovering from eye surgery, but can also be great for people who don’t want puffy eyes in the morning.

Besides lack of sleep, these dark circles can also be caused by age. As we get older, the skin under our eyes gets even thinner and more delicate. Because the skin in that area is thin, any damage to the blood vessels would show up visibly. This is what you see when the bruise like pigmentation in that area appears.

In fact, regardless of your age you should take steps to increase the skin thickness in that area as well as refrain from doing anything that might damage those blood vessels. Dark under eye circles can also be a sign of bad health. If your body isn’t getting enough nutrition, this might manifest itself in the form of these under eye circles.

Basically, our body needs to be fully nourished for it to be able to do its repair work properly. So make sure that you get all your daily nutritional needs. Now that we’ve got the causes out of the way; let’s talk about the different ways to remove dark circles the natural way.

Sure, you can purchase one of the many expensive eye creams available out there but you should know that not all of these creams would work as well as they promised. Besides, some of them contain potentially harmful ingredients that might cause damage to both your skin and eyes.

After all, the skin underneath our eyes is very sensitive. So, what other options are there when it comes to removing dark under eye circles? Try these all natural home remedies which are safer and more affordable.

Green tea bags – Green tea is a well known anti-oxidant and would significantly reduce your dark eye circles. All you have to do is place two cool tea bags on top of each eye, leave it on for 10 minutes and simply rinse it off. Do it regularly for a better effect.

Cucumber and Potato slices – These two would not only refresh your tired and puffy eyes but they would also lighten the dark areas under your eyes. Make sure that the pieces are a bit chilled when you use them to make it more refreshing. Leave it on your eyes for about 10 minutes then rinse it off.

Remember that you can do these regularly for maximum effect to remove dark circles the natural way.

Next, if you’re ready to discover how to remove dark circles permanently and get back the flawless skin around your eyes you?ve always wanted, you might want to take a minute and look over some of the different special reports I’ve created to help you at: http://www.eyedarkcircles.com

Remove Dark Circles Puffy Baggy Eye Problems

0

Would you like to remove dark circles under your eyes and say good bye to puffy, baggy eye problems?  Of course, you would.  I am going to give you three steps that will make that possible.

3 Steps to a Younger, Fresher Look

There are 3 steps to get rid of dark circles under eyes and baggy, puffy eyes.  You probably don’t have all 3 eye conditions but just follow the suggestions in this article and they will disappear or be greatly reduced.

Step 1.  Get to Bed on Time

Dark circles under eyes develop with lack of sleep.  If you stay up most of the night, don’t be surprised if you have dark circles and baggy eyes.  Develop the habit of getting plenty of rest, 6-8 hours EVERY night, not just weekends.  But you say you have puffy eyes.  Well, if you are getting a little older, and who isn’t, that could be from something else. Like what? Keep reading, please.

Step 2.  Drink Clean, Purified Water

Yes, I know you’ve heard it before.  Drink 8  glasses of water each day.  The good news is you can count the fruit and veggie juices also.  Just stay hydrated because puffy eyes come from excess fluid under the eyes.  Drinking good clean water, not tap water, flushes out the toxin waste under your eyes causing puffiness.  Oh, don’t just drink any water.  Don’t drink the tap water, much of it has some sort of contamination.  Filtered water is the best insurance.  I found an excellent source of good, inexpensive water filters at CleanWaterPure.com.  Check them out. They have a filter type that fits any situation.

One more thing about puffy eyes and dark circles is that if you are getting older some of the problem could be from capillary damage.  The skin under the eyes is thinner than most other skin so is vulnerable.  Capillaries have difficulty transporting the fluids around the eyes, therefore puffiness. But there is a solution to that problem.

Step 3.  Eye Gel or Creams That Work

It has been found from clinical studies that gels containing peptides, protein fragments, along with antioxidants can promote the making of new skin cells and fibers.  Of course, most companies use artificial ingredients which do nothing except bring possible harm to your skin.  Responsible companies use plant-derived antioxidants which promote good health to capillaries.

Research results from gels or creams containing plant derived ingredients are amazingly effective.  As a matter of fact,   65% of the volunteers in one study had a significant reduction in baggy eyes.

If the problem is a few wrinkles and puffy eyes, you’ll be happy to know that 62% got a large reduction in wrinkles and even crow’s feet.  As for dark smudgy spots, 60% reported that they were gone.

Get some sleep, Drink purified water and Use an eye gel that is natural and safe.  I’m glad I found the one I did.   And now see my website listed below and say “Good Bye puffy eyes and dark circles.”

And now I would like to invite you to visit http://www.AHealthyRadiantSkin.com for FREE Instant Access to a very helpful newsletter that will keep you updated on skin care, supplements and other health related issues. Eyeliss™ is another ingredient of the Xtend Life Eye Contour Gel that is also powerful in reducing your puffy eyes. In fact, it is a trademark product that has been manufactured in Europe. It is also used as a secret regimen of Hollywood stars and other famous individuals.

What is so amazing with Eyeliss™? It treats the puffy under eyes from the inside out. What it truly does is correct the poor drainage around your eyes that causes puffy under eyes. This Xtend Life product is also packed with another ingredient known as Haloxyl™. Haloxyl™ is also effective in eliminating the puffiness under eye. 3 Proven Tips to Remove Dark Circles & Bags Under Eyes

0

Do you have dark circles under your eyes? Puffy, baggy eyes?  Hopefully you don’t have all three. I’m going to show you 3 ways that work.  Do all 3 tips and you will get a new, younger look. How to get rid of either puffy or baggy eyes and even dark circles is pretty much the same.

Tip 1.

Tip 2.

Don’t just drink any water. Tap water -  much of it has some sort of contamination.  Filtered water is the best insurance.

One more thing about puffy eyes and dark circles is that as we get older some of the problem could be from capillary damage.  The skin under the eyes is thinner than most other skin so is vulnerable.  Capillaries have difficulty transporting the fluids around the eyes, therefore puffiness. But there is a solution to that problem.

Tip 3.  Use an Eye Gel That Works and is Safe

The skin under the eye is very thin as compared to the face, so it needs special care.  To increase the thickness of eye skin, it has been found that two things are important.  1. Peptides or protein fragments can promote the making of skin and fibers.  2.  Antioxidants fight free radicals that cause damage to our body and of course the eye skin.  The best type of antioxidants come from plants.  Plant based antioxidants will help improve blood circulation and reduce those dark circles.

Peptides, protein fragments, help make new fibers and skin cells.  This will increase the thickness of the skin under the eyes. A good eye gel that really works will have antioxidants that are plant based.  This will help those capillaries have better health because circulation will get better.  This reduces dark circles.

The eye gels or creams that have plant antioxidants showed by one research study to have a 65% reduction in baggy eyes.  62% had reduced crow’s feet and wrinkles under the eyes.  60% showed that dark circles were gone.  Wouldn’t you like to know which company has such a miracle skin product?  See author box. Keep reading please.

Here’s What I Suggest You Do

Depending on your general health condition and the reasons for hindrances to your appearance, follow the 3 tipps suggested above: Get some Regular Sleep; Drink Plenty of Purified Water and Use an Eye Gel that is safe and natural.  If you do these things, according to clinical studies, you should get rid of dark circles and puffy eyes in less than two month on the average.  However, using the wrong eye gel can make your appearance worsen.

Avoid Bad Ingredients

If you stay up all night and drink bad water and use some over the counter department store skin care product than don’t expect any changes except for the worse.  AVOID any skin care product that has mineral oil, petrolatum, fragrances, parabens and synthetic preservatives.

In Conclusion:   Get to Bed and Go to Sleep regularly, 6-8 hours every night; Drink Clean Water every day 6-8 glasses, and please avoid the bad ingredients in skin care.  If you use the eye gel I use you would be making a smart move. Your mirror will be happier. For more information on an eye gel that really works, please see my website listed below.  Thanks, Margaret Bell

Dark Under Eye Circles::How To Remove Dark Circles Under Eyes

0

Dark under eyes circles need not be accepted as “that’s just the way I look”.  Dark circles can be removed or greatly reduced. Let’s check the causes, how we can remove them and see how to get a  new look.  A younger, fresher and even beautiful you just might appear.

The Causes of Dark Circles Under Eyes

1. Lack of Sleep -

You may not be getting enough sleep.  Young people can have puffiness when they first wake up in the morning.  This is simply due to fluid gathering under the eyes.  It could be caused by sleeping on your side or stomach, any position that could put pressure on the eye.  Sleep on your back, if at all possible, or invest in an anti-wrinkle pillow.

Contoured anti-wrinkle pillows were designed for people who are recovering from eye surgery.  They put no pressure on the orbital area around the eye, but do provide neck support.

2. Age Factor -

Age contributes to the problem.  As time goes by the skin beneath the eye gets thinner and more delicate than any other area of the face.

There is less fatty tissue beneath the skin’s layers.  If the appropriate steps are not taken, the skin will become thinner with age.

Because the skin beneath the eye is thinner, it is possible to see the blood vessels carrying away waste products.  In some cases, the blood vessels leak.  That’s when you see the smudgy bruised look and you start to wonder how to remove dark circles under eyes.

Regardless of your age, the steps that you need to take are to increase the skin’s thickness and support blood vessel health.

Eyeliss and Haloxyl are compounds that can help do both of those things.  They are not the only ingredients to look for.  They are just two that have proven effectiveness in reducing bags and dark circles. I explain in detail on my website listed below what other ingredients you need to look for.

3. Nutrition -

Basically, your skin needs nutrients to do repair work.  Nutrient absorption is less efficient in older people.  Applying nutrients directly has been proven to work against all of the signs of aging.  Eyeliss and Haloxyl contain amino acids and flavonoids that help boost blood vessel strength and improve fluid circulation. Also a little known fact is that fish oil can improve our skin dramatically.

So supply the needed nutrients to the body and the skin by taking a quality fish oil supplement everyday.  I do this regularly and can attest to the results.  Please refer to my website for the best fish oil that my research discovered.

The Benefits -

You will have a better appearance and you will have a much better attitude -self esteem.

To Remove Dark Circles Under Eyes

To remove dark circles under eyes, you want to increase the skin’s thickness, because the blood vessels will be less visible.  In order to do that, you need a way to increase the production of new skin cells.  The protein keratin has proven benefits in these areas, but not all keratin is the same.

Most products contain a type of keratin that has been denaturalized.  It is of little or no benefit to the skin’s health, because it cannot be used by the skin’s cells. The type of keratin that really works is called Functional Keratin.

In summary, Get plenty of sleep; Take at least fish oil daily and if possible take a multi-nutrient tablet everyday.  Also use the three main ingredients that I mentioned earlier: Eyeliss, Haloxyl and Functional Keratin.

The product that I recommend to remove dark circles under eyes can be found by visiting my website listed below.  Clinical trials have proven its effectiveness.

Dark eye circles are not a girl’s and even boy’s best friend. They just look so unpleasant and hopeless! Its effect, especially to teenagers is more than the physical. Some experience low self esteem and confidence.

However, results do not come as fast as other procedures.

The second kind of treatment for removing under eye circles is the cosmetic way. Manufacturers of beauty products have also formulated creams for removing these unwanted circles because of so much demand from the market. Creams are preferred because of its easy application and good result (if you chose a reputable brand and product). Downside is that it costs much- especially branded ones which are good. There are also reports of eye irritation resulting to improper application.

The third kind of treatment is the most evasive one- laser treatment. This treatment is preferred by people who have their bread and butter because of their face- like models and actresses. Laser treatment yields the fastest result among the under ways to removing under eye circles. However, laser treatment is so expensive and also risky.

Natural Cures For Dark Under Eye Circles – Simple Tips That Will Help You Remove Dark Eye Circles

0

You do not need to use harsh chemicals to remove dark circles/shadows around your eyes; the truth is that there are safer alternatives that really work. Yes, there are natural cures for dark under eye circles and this article is going to give you some tips that will really help you in that regard.

Most of the remedies on the market contain chemicals that should not go any where near the delicate and sensitive skin under your eye. Instead of solving the problem, these chemicals will make it worse because they dry out your skin and make it thinner.

Some of the natural cures for dark under eye circles include:

* Sleep/rest – Getting enough sleep and rest helps to enhance lymphatic circulation, thereby preventing the accumulation of waste products and hemoglobin. Shadows around the eyes are actually caused by the accumulation of waste products and hemoglobin as a result of poor circulation.

* Water – Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day; water helps to flush out toxins and waste products from your system.

* Cucumber – This is one of the age long natural cures for dark under eye circles. Put a slice of cucumber over each eye while lying down; leave them on for about 15 minutes; cucumber helps to suck up the dirt/waste products and accumulated hemoglobin (blue-red pigmentation) which cast the dark shadows on the skin around your eyes.

* Tomato and lime juice – mix equal parts of tomato and lime juice; soak cotton balls with the mixture and place on your eyes. Leave them on for 10 – 15 minutes; you can do this twice a day.

* Eye cream – Use a cream that contains natural ingredients proven to target the cause of the problem; some of the ingredients you should look for are Eyeliss and Halyoxl. These two ingredients help to thicken the skin around the eyes; they also remove accumulated hemoglobin and waste products. They boost lymphatic circulation thereby preventing the concentration of hemoglobin.

The above are just a few natural cures for dark under eye circles; there are many others which you can find by doing a little research.

Discover the best natural skin care products today.
